The wc2ncid.conf file understands 3 types of lines:

blank line

ignored

comment line, beginning with '#'

ignored

VARIABLE = VALUE

VARIABLE = HostnameFlag, delay, ncidaddr, ncidport, outcall, verbose, wcaddr
