Cvs::Command::Commit - commit changes to a CVS repository with Cvs.pm

This module provides commit capability for Cvs.pm.
- local
- Only examine files for committing in the current directory. Boolean.
- recursive
- Examine all subdirectories. Equivalent to the cvs commit -R option.
Boolean.
- message
- A message to commit the file with. Defaults to the Cvs version.
- force
- Commit a file even if it hasn't been changed. Using force will also turn
off recursion unless it's explicitly turned on with the 'recursive'
option. Boolean.
- revision
- Commit to a revision.
