FcDirSave - DEPRECATED: formerly used to save a directory cacheSYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION
This function now does nothing aside from returning FcFalse. It used to creates the per-directory cache file for dir and populates it with the fonts in set and subdirectories in dirs.
