JAM_GetMBSize - Get the number of messages in message base

Finds out the number of messages (deleted and undeleted) in the message base.

- The message base to use
- Messages_PI
- A pointer to a variable where the number of messages will be stored.

- if an I/O error occured. See JAM_Errno(3)
