Schedule::Load::Chooser - Distributed load choosing daemon

Schedule::Load::Chooser on startup creates a daemon that clients can connect to
using the Schedule::Load package.
- start ([parameter=>value ...]);
- Starts the chooser daemon. Does not return.
- port
- The port number of slchoosed. Defaults to 'slchoosed' looked up via
/etc/services, else 1752.
- ping_dead_timeout
- Seconds after which if a client doesn't respond to a ping, it is
considered dead.
