WildMidi_ConvertToMidi (const char *file, uint8_t **out, uint32_t *size)

DESCRIPTION

Takes a MIDI-like file as input and tries to detect, convert and write to a memory buffer in MIDI format.

file: The input file that contains MIDI-like content: XMI or MUS.
out: The output buffer. It will be allocated with malloc() and must be free()d by the caller when it is no longer needed.
size: The size of the output buffer.
