NAME
cWait - wait a condition variable signal.SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
cond - condition variable to wait on.mutex - locked mutex to protect <cond>.
DESCRIPTION
Waits for a signal on condition variable <cond>. The mutex <mutex> must be locked by the thread.MT-Level: Safe.
