DESCRIPTION
firestring_strcasecmp() compares the first size bytes of s1 and s2 in a case insensitive fashion.RETURN VALUE
Returns -1 if the first n bytes of s1 < s2, 1 if the s2 segment > s1, and 0 if the strings segments do match.AUTHOR
