DESCRIPTIONThis function will export the certificate request to a PEM or DER encoded PKCS10 structure.The output buffer is allocated using gnutls_malloc(). If the structure is PEM encoded, it will have a header of "BEGIN NEW CERTIFICATE REQUEST".
