- Jacobi scaling D^-1 A x = D^-1 b, where D represents the diagonal of A=(a_ij)
- LIS_SCALE_SYMM_DIAG
- Diagonal scaling D^-1/2 A D^-1/2 x = D^-1/2 b, where D^-1/2 represents the diagonal matrix with (a_ii)^-1/2 as the diagonal
