optionPrintVersion - Print the program version

SYNOPSIS

cc [...] -o outfile infile.c -lopts [...]

void optionPrintVersion(tOptions * opts, tOptDesc * od);

DESCRIPTION

This routine will print the version to stdout.

opts: program options descriptor
od: the descriptor for this arg
