Checks if a configuration variable is set
The shtk_config_has
function checks if the configuration
variable var_name has been previously set by a call to
shtk_config_set(3)
within the script or by the user in the configuration file.
Note that shtk_config_has
properly
distinguishes the case between a variable that has never been defined and a
variable that has been defined to the empty value.
Returns 0 (true) if var_name has been defined; 1 (false)
otherwise.
