ustrnicmp - Compares up to n letters of two strings ignoring case. Allegro game
programming library.
#include <allegro.h>
int ustrnicmp(const char *s1, const char *s2, int n);
This function compares up to `n' characters of `s1' and `s2', ignoring case.
Example:
if (ustrnicmp(prefix, long_string, ustrlen(prefix)) == 0) {
/* long_string starts with prefix (ignoring case) */
}
Returns zero if the strings are equal, a positive number if `s1' comes after
`s2' in the ASCII collating sequence, else a negative number.
